We run an open shop and sometimes only one of us is around. So it is better to email us if you can because we might be interrupted or distracted by customers in the shop (we also don't feel nearly as frantic if we're trying to find a misplaced book: we're more likely to find it if we can focus on finding without worrying about getting back to the phone before you get tired of waiting.
